Follow these steps to secure a seat in a class:

1. Please print and fill out the appropriate Enrollment Agreement (please contact us if you would like us to mail or fax it to you).
   
   • Oracle Internet Developer Certification Program
   • Oracle Database Administrator Certification Program
   • Oracle Java Developer Certification Program


2. Depending on the payment option you select you may need additional forms.
   
   • Installment Plan - please include the db-Training Promissory Note
   • Sallie Mae Loan - please follow these additional instructions


3. Please fax or mail us your forms and we will contact you to verify that we have all your information. That's all there is to it!
